I've checked all the copyright renewal registers except the one for the 2nd half of 1961.

If someone would check that book, then perhaps this W.C. Fields film can be uploaded.

There is no record of renewal for this film in the CCE 1960-1969

I'm not sure what CCE means, but I presume you checked somewhere else besides HathiTrust, which lacks the info for the 2nd half of 1961.

I'll upload this tomorrow unless someone can show that it was renewed.

Just a note. The Cumulative editions of the copyright catalog only show the original registrations. I found it does not list renewals.
